Why You’ll Love Working Here:Work in a modern, high-tech environment with advanced equipment and automationLead and develop a talented maintenance teamPlay a key role in supporting innovative projects and continuous improvementEnjoy a competitive salary, full benefits, and strong career growth opportunities What You’ll Do:Take ownership of all maintenance operations — from machinery and conveyor systems to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructureDevelop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to keep equipment running flawlesslyLead rapid responses to equipment issues to minimize production interruptionsManage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of maintenance technicians and contractorsCollaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics to align maintenance efforts with business goalsOversee maintenance schedules, work orders, inventory, and vendor relationshipsEnsure strict adherence to OSHA and safety standards to create a safe working environmentTrack and analyze KPIs to continuously boost maintenance efficiency and reliabilitySupport capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades What We’re Looking For:5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settingsProven leadership experience with at least 2 years in a management roleStrong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and building systemsHands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practicesExceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple priorities while leading a dynamic teamBonus Points For:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fieldExperience in wood products or cabinet manufacturingHVAC or electrical certifications/licenses
