Brief DescriptionPackaging Associate (Assembly-Focused)St. Cloud, MNWe are looking for a hands-on Packaging Associate to join our team in St. Cloud, MN. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys detailed, assembly-style work and takes pride in doing things right the first time.In this position, you will build and prepare biological product kits used by laboratories and healthcare organizations around the world. Your work directly supports patient safety and public health, making accuracy and consistency critical every day.This is a fast-paced, team-oriented production role where you will follow structured processes, work with your hands, and stay focused on quality.This position works Monday through Thursday, 6:30am - 5pm.What You Will DoAssemble and package biological product kits by following step-by-step instructionsPrepare components and materials ahead of time to keep work flowing efficientlyLabel products and verify accuracy against work ordersPerform quality checks during assembly to ensure everything meets standardsOperate packaging and light automation equipment safelyComplete required documentation clearly and accuratelyClean and maintain workstations and equipmentWork closely with your team to meet daily production goalsWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentNo prior experience required; we will train youComfortable with repetitive, hands-on assembly workStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closelyReliable, consistent, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and speak up if something does not look rightAbout MicrobiologicsAt Microbiologics, we help safeguard the world’s health by delivering trusted biological products and services.
