I have included a brief job description below to help you better understand the qualifications we are looking for:Job Title: CT and Radiology (XRay) TechnologistLocation: Onsite McMinnville, ORJob type: Full time PermanentShift: 8- 10 hours a day 40 hours a weekPay Range: USD $85k - $100k Annually/Yearly + $10k Sign on bonus, Relocation and BenefitsJob DescriptionPosition Summary:Under the supervision of the Radiologist and Director of Radiology, perform quality CT scans and radiography while applying both radiation and physical safety measures. Maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique. Remain sensitive to the physical and emotional needs of the patient through good communication, patient assessment, patient monitoring, and patient care skills. Use independent, professional, ethical judgment and critical thinking.Minimum Qualifications:Certification and current registration for Registered Technologist (R.T.) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license for Radiography.Certification and current registration for CT from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license for CT, or be in our hospital CT training program.Obtain BLS certification within 3 months of hire and maintain as current.Essential Job Functions:Collect Patient Data & Document ProcedurePerform CT & RadiographyAdminister ContrastPerform Other Collaborative DutiesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Demonstrate sound judgment, patience and maintain a professional demeanor at all timesAbility to work in a busy and stressful environmentOrganizational skills and the ability to prioritizeComputer skills: Electronic medical records softwareStrong interpersonal verbal and written communication skillsCreativity, problem analysis and decision makingAbility to work varied shifts
