The role plays a key part in ensuring efficient legal support to the business and strengthening the company's legal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial and Operational Legal SupportOversee legal support for the company's commercial activitiesSupervise drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including:distribution agreementssupply agreementslogistics and transport agreementscommercial and services agreementscontracts relating to clinical trials* Provide strategic legal advice to Business and Operations teamsCorporate and Governance SupportSupervise corporate matters relating to group affiliatesCoordinate legal interactions with Finance and external accountantsOversee KYC processes and corporate documentationSupport the implementation and monitoring of delegation of authority frameworksDrafting of intercompany agreementsLitigation* Coordinate management of disputes and pre-litigation matters* Liaise with external counsel where requiredLegal OperationsLead the development and improvement of legal operations, including:Contract lifecycle management (CLM)Contract template standardizationLegal documentation managementProcess optimization and performance monitoringManagement ResponsibilitiesThe Legal Director will directly manage 2 FTEs.Qualifications & ExperienceTechnical skillsStrong negotiation and business partnering skillsAbility to manage complex legal matters pragmaticallyStrong organizational and leadership capabilitiesAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary legal expertiseEducation and experiences7 to 10+ years of experience in business law in a pharmaceutical environmentStrong expertise in commercial contractsExperience in an international business & cultural environmentPrevious experience managing or coordinating legal teamsLocation* Located in our Paris office (Paris 8, Monceau) or in LondonSerb Specialty Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity employer.
