Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including evaluation and development of functional treatment plans. Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and to participate in student clinical education is preferred. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Duration: 13 week assignment. Patient Population: Orthopedic outpatient caseload. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, timely documentation, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Location Highlights.
