Job Description ICON General Contractors, LLC is currently seeking an AP SpecialistPrimary Duties to consist of: Vendor/Subcontractor Relations, managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs, analyzing workflow processes by project, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner per work order and Master Subcontract Agreements, processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account and vendor contract maintenance, recording entries and reconciling Accounts Payable.Company DescriptionCommercial General Contractor since 2003.
