The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in executive management, particularly within a small to medium-sized charitable or comparable organization. Key responsibilities for the Interim CEO include developing and delivering a clear operational plan, strengthening governance and financial oversight, providing stable operational leadership, and leading income generation activities. The role also involves ensuring the quality of survivor-centered services, maintaining safeguarding protocols, and fostering a culture of staff and volunteer wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management, strong people leadership skills, and a deep commitment to the values of the organization, including a focus on equality, diversity, and survivor-centered practice. Applicants for the Interim CEO position at the company should have demonstrable experience in leading organizations through change while maintaining service continuity. Essential skills include strong people leadership, financial competence, and a successful track record in income generation and relationship management.
