We expect employees to understand the business requirements of our clients, performance expectations and manage their work..Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Job Captain located in Woburn, MA. The Architectural Job Captain will be working directly with Principal and be integrated into all phases of our projects from inception through construction completion. The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of architectural practice, be willing to "go the extra mile" and will enjoy the rewards of challenging projects and satisfied clients.Architectural or Interior Bachelors Degree Required.Responsibilities And DutiesHighly proficient in CAD / Revit drawings in design and construction documents. Produce high quality documentsHighly proficient with rendering software.Detail oriented - willingness to learn, ask questions and seek solutions.Coordinate multi-disciplined consultant teams.Attend various Client/ Design Team on site meetingsCarry out field measuring surveys and existing conditions plan development.Qualifications And SkillsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.4 years experience and proficiency in Architectural Design, Construction Documentation, and Project CoordinationProficient with design and rendering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite, Lumion, V-Ray rendering products.Basic knowledge of building / energy codes.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesComfortable communicating with clients and articulating design considerations.Architectural licensure or on the path to licensure preferredSense of humor and passion for design!BenefitsPaid time off401(k)401(k) matchingFlexible scheduleHealth insurance Paid time offView your Application History
