Apply via Dice today!ob Title: Project Manager Mid LevelLocation: Minneapolis, MN Hybrid OnsiteDuration: 6+ MonthsJob DescriptionTasks / ResponsibilitiesTranslate organizational strategy into program objectives and outcomes.Work with leadership to define program scope, success criteria, and benefits.Develop the program roadmapsCoordinate dependencies across multiple projects.Provide guidance to project managers to ensure consistency in approach and delivery.Resolve conflicts between projects over resources, scope, or timelines.Provide regular program-level status updates, dashboards, and reports.Develop and manage the program budgets plans and forecastsIdentify and manage program-level risks and issues.Coordinate risk mitigation actions across projects.Mentor and coach project managers and other team members.Foster collaboration across project teams.Promote a culture of continuous improvement.Experience / Qualifications5-8 years in project/program management (depending on complexity of programs managed).
