Insurance Sales Representative (In-Person) AllstateJob Summary: As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional in-person customer service. This role focuses on building strong relationships within the local community while helping individuals and families protect what matters most.Key Responsibilities:Prospect, generate, and close new insurance sales (auto, home, renters, and life)Conduct in-person consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverageBuild and maintain a pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagementFollow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to drive conversionsCross-sell additional products to existing clients to increase account valueProvide excellent customer service and support for policy changes, renewals, and questionsMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metricsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systemsQualifications:Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)Life & Health insurance license (preferred or willingness to obtain)Previous sales experience (insurance, retail, or service industry preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systemsCore Skills:Relationship building and client trustPersuasive communication and closing techniquesTime management and organizationProblem-solving and needs-based sellingAdaptability and resilienceWork Environment:In-person, office-based role with face-to-face client interactionLocal travel and community involvement may be requiredPerformance-driven environment with commission and bonus potential
