Jr. Document Control AssistantThe Jr. Document Control Assistant will support one of the largest electric utility clients and will be responsible for drawing/document management and provide support to engineers, designers and project managers. The position will work under the direction of a Supervisor and will report directly to the Engineering Manager or Supervisor.Responsibilities include:Receiving, storing, tracking, and routing incoming project documents to ensure they are processed in a timely manner.Performing required document management functions including tracking, receiving, storing, retrieving, copying/scanning of project documents.Performing administrative review of deliverables to ensure non-technical information is accurate and consistent with other project documents.Creating new project folders and submitting project documents to clients.Requesting drawings numbers and Bill of Material numbers for new projects.Effectively and accurately communicating relative project information to project design team.Performing other duties as assigned.Required qualifications include:0 to 5+ years of experience working in consulting engineering firm or equivalent experience in similar role.Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook).Strong understanding of timekeeping and working in team environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Understands project workflows.Basic written and verbal communication skills.Preferred qualifications include:Associate degree or higher preferred but not required.Experience working in a consulting engineering firm environment.Experience with AutoCAD, PDF and/or other similar software.E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off.Pay range for this position is $21.64/hr - $29.45/hr.
