The Advance Practice Provider (APP) (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to patients.Collaborates with a team of physicians, nurses, and other professionals in primary care.Evaluates, diagnoses, monitors, and manages patients using advanced assessment skills and clinical therapeutics knowledge.Works under the supervision of a physician.Education: Postgraduate degree, APP or PA licensure, BLS, ACLS.Experience: None required.Skills: Organizational, communication, interpersonal, customer relations, analytical, computer proficiency, and ability to follow instructions.Requirements: Ability to manage stress, make decisions under pressure, handle multiple priorities, work independently, and in confined/crowded areas.Working Conditions: Exposure to blood, body fluids, communicable diseases, and computer equipment.Physical Demands: Medium work including sitting, standing, walking, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
