The Project Manager will oversee daily workflows, manage projects from initiation to completion, and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of custom awards and gift items. Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, expediting production timelines, monitoring product quality through inspection processes, and managing logistics to ensure accurate and efficient delivery. The candidate will also work directly with clients to track progress, address any issues, and maintain satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in Project Management and task coordinationProficiency in Netsuite Proficiency in Microsoft AccessProficiency in inventory management Proficiency in quality control Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of projectsUnderstanding of Inspection practices and a focus on quality assuranceExpertise in Logistics Management and supply chain coordinationStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferredExperience within the awards, gifting, or manufacturing industries is a plus
