Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications throughout the full development lifecycle. Utilize expertise in Java/J2EE, microservices, and Spring Boot framework to architect and implement scalable solutions. Develop front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for user interface enhancement. Create and consume RESTful services for seamless data exchange. Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement J2EE architecture best practices. Skills Required Java/J2EE Expertise: 6+ years of experience using Java, JSP, and SQL in an object-oriented programming environment. Microservices: Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architecture. Spring Boot Framework: Proficiency in developing applications using Spring Boot framework. Front-End Development: 2+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and XML for front-end development. RESTful Services: 2+ years of experience creating and consuming RESTful services. Source Control: 2+ years of experience with IBM Rational Team Concert, SVN, or Git for source control. CI/CD Practices: Experience implementing or utilizing CI/CD practices using Jenkins or similar tools. J2EE Architecture: Experience with J2EE architecture preferred. WSAD and Websphere: Experience with WSAD and IBM WebSphere preferred. Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows NT, UNIX, and Visual Basic is a plus.
