If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where winning and having fun go hand in hand, you will fit right in.ROLE SUMMARYWe are seeking to fill an AI Operations role to help drive key company initiatives, including AI implementation, digitization, and workflow optimization. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys relationship-oriented work, loves solving complex problems, and wants to see the immediate impact (both from a financial and mission lens) of their work. You will work directly with senior leadership and functional leaders to execute joint initiatives and resolve operational issues.This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, strategy, operations, analytics, with significant visibility and opportunities for growth.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO DO_Lead strategic operations initiatives across clinical, coordination, compliance, and administrative teams.Identify, map, and improve manual workflows through digitization, automation, and process redesign.Lead AI implementation by identifying use cases, coordinating pilots, tracking adoption, and documenting outcomes. Partner with leaders and general managers across the business to identify high-value transformation opportunities and turn them into scalable AI and automated solutions.Work with internal teams and vendors to implement digital tools, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows.Create and maintain SOPs, workflow guides, training materials, and implementation playbooks.Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, user feedback, and measurable impact.Support staff training, change management, and post-launch troubleshooting to ensure sustainable adoption.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE2-4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, strategy/ops, or high-growth startup operationsStrong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data and producing clear insightsExperience with deploying AI solutions / applications in business workflowExperience preparing executive-ready presentations, memos, or external communicationsDemonstrated ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholdersFluent in English and Mandarin (spoken)CRITICAL ATTRIBUTES_________________________________________________ Owner Mindset: Takes responsibility, anticipates next steps, and drives outcomesProcess-minded: Can quickly understand workflows, map steps, identify bottlenecks, and suggest practical improvements.AI-curious and hands-on: Comfortable experimenting with AI tools, prompts, automations, and new systems.Operationally disciplined: Strong follow-through, organized documentation, reliable project tracking, and attention to detail.Cross-functional communicator: Can work with clinical, compliance, coordination, training, IT, and leadership teams.Problem solver: Turns vague operational problems into clear use cases, workflows, and action plans.Change-management oriented: Can train staff, explain tools simply, collect feedback, and support adoption.Data-comfortable: Able to use reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, or system data to measure impact and spot issues.Low-ego builder: Willing to do both strategy and execution—documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and rollout support.Culturally Fluent: Mandarin required (spoken); Cantonese a plusBENEFITSCompany-sponsored medical, dental, and vision plan for employees and their dependents, 401(k) participation after 3 months of continuous service, life insurance, long-term disability coverage and employee assistance program. In addition to accrued vacation time and sick time, 10 paid federal holidays.LOCATIONFlushing, New York (~30-45 minutes from Manhattan).
