Grill times may vary but more frequently it would be beginning around 10/11 AM.Your Role:Welcome with a Smile: Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience from the moment they arriveEngage & Assist: Use your strong communication skills to answer questions and assist customers with product selection, ensuring they have everything they needKeep It Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café area that reflects FFC’s commitment to superior serviceCash Handling: Manage transactions accurately, ensuring that the register reflects all sales and servicesFood & Safety: Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures according to local, state, and federal health codesPrepare Delicious Treats: Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes to delight our membersGrill: Prepare and grill menu items for pool deck service while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and all health and safety standards.Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to keep the café running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For:Outgoing & Friendly Personality: You love interacting with people and making them feel welcomeReliable & Punctual: You can be counted on to show up on time and contribute to a smooth-running teamCoachable & Eager to Learn: You’re open to feedback and eager to grow in your roleFood Safety Certification: You must obtain an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment (at your own expense)Our Commitment to Hospitality: FFC offers a robust training program mandatory for all employees to attend.
