Senior Systems Software Engineer - Data Path
Overview
In this role you design and optimize the data path of Quantum’s distributed storage system, focusing on low-latency I/O, concurrency, and high performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable data path components, improve durability, and reduce latency in a multi-node cluster. The position emphasizes deep systems work, including caching, data placement, and resilience features, with opportunities to influence architecture and performance at scale. You will contribute to a mission-driven environment where protecting and enriching data enables actionable insights.
