Qualifications Experience in surveillance, monitoring systems, and patrolling techniquesStrong knowledge of safety protocols and incident response proceduresEffective communication, report writing, and customer service skillsPhysical fitness and ability to perform security-related duties for extended periodsProfessionalism, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressureRelevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Security Licensing are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred
