ERP System DeveloperLocation: Plymouth, MA (Hybrid – Preferred, Remote - OK)Duration: 3–6 Month ContractWe are seeking an ERP System Developer to support and enhance our clients enterprise software ecosystem, including Epicor ERP, CRM, HCM, QMS, and ECM platforms. This is a short-term contract opportunity for an experienced developer with a strong background in ERP customization, integrations, and manufacturing systems.This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives while gaining hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, modern Microsoft technologies, and complex manufacturing environments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to scalable ERP solutions, and support critical business systems in a highly regulated industry. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and making a measurable impact, this role offers an engaging and collaborative environment.Contract Duration: 3–6 MonthsRequired Skills & Experience· 2–3 years of ERP development experience in a manufacturing environment· Experience with Epicor ERP (preferred)· Strong proficiency with C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server· Experience with ERP development tools including BAQ, BPM, and SSRS· Experience developing APIs, system integrations, data migration, and automation solutions· Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio· Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, and Power BI· Strong understanding of manufacturing, finance, and supply chain business processes· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environmentDesired Skills & Experience· Experience with Epicor Kinetic customization tools and frameworks· Knowledge of AS9100D, ITAR, and CMMC compliance requirements· Experience with SaaS Government Cloud environments· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies· Experience with DevOps practices and version control systems· Exposure to AI Agent development and management· ERP certifications or related technical training· Understanding of data governance and ethical data practicesWhat You Will Be DoingTech Breakdown· 70% ERP Development, Customization & Integrations (Epicor, .NET, SQL, APIs)· 30% Reporting, System Support, Documentation & CollaborationDaily Responsibilities· 80% Hands On Development, Customization, Testing & Troubleshooting· 5% Project Coordination & Status Reporting· 15% Team Collaboration with Business Stakeholders and Technical Teams
