Retail Sales Representative

Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our construction equipment team. This position is responsible for assisting all customers with equipment purchases, attachments, parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, driven to close sales, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. NOTE: While this position is listed as based in Monroe, LA, this role's reach will cover all of North Louisiana. Thus, applicants from the across the region are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment, attachments, and related productsGenerate sales quotes, process transactions, and follow up on leadsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment specifications, pricing, and promotionsCoordinate with rental, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM systemMeet or exceed monthly sales goalsStay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings Qualifications Previous retail or equipment sales experience preferredKnowledge of construction equipment, tools, or heavy machinery is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to build relationships with contractors and repeat customersBasic computer skills (POS systems, CRM, Microsoft Office)Self-motivated with a strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 lbs when needed We are a growing company offering medical, dental, vision, and PTO benefits.
