Screen out: 1.) Ability to do the work of a Baling Machine Operator without more than normal supervision. 2.) Experience in sorting materials by recyclable grades 3.) Operating baling machines with capacities of one half to one-ton bales 4.) Using a forklift and/or crane to move completed bales from baling machines and places bales on flatbed trucks for transport. 5.)
