Overview In this contract role, you will deploy and operate an enterprise System Center environment within the Integrated Solutions Desk to support complex customer solutions. You will drive service improvement initiatives by defining new processes and tools for ISD efficiency. You will provide expert operational support for SCSM, SCOM, SCCM, and SMA, automating tasks with PowerShell. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor management platforms for customers in industrial, water, and energy domains.
