ApplyDescriptionJOB SUMMARYProvides timely and accurate analysis of escrow account in compliance with guidelines. Ensures proper disbursement and collection of property tax, insurance, and capital expenditures payments and proceeds.ESSENTIAL DUTIESPerforms escrow analysis annually and ensures loans are analyzed accurately and timely.Processes escrow disbursements on or before the renewal/due/penalty date.Reviews and handles escrow setup requests and/or delete requests.Explains payment and escrow changes to lenders.Identifies and resolves tax and escrow-related exceptions.Carries out other escrow/loan responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.Follows all local, state, and federal laws and regulations as they apply to the banking industry and lending practices; fosters a working knowledge of industry best practices and procedures.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.BENEFITSMedical, Dental and Vision - 100% paid for the employeeLife Insurance401kShort Term and Long Term DisabilityPaid Time OffAdditional Voluntary BenefitsRequirementsJOB QUALIFICATIONS* Required Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software is preferred, but not required.WORK ENVIRONMENT* Operates in a professional office environment with moderate noise requiring routine use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, etc.* General hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.We welcome all applicants to apply.
