In this role, you'll help residents improve their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities — supporting their independence and overall quality of life.Shift Available:PRNResponsibilities:Provide high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice and department procedures.Conduct thorough evaluations and collect data necessary for developing effective treatment plans.Design and implement individualized treatment programs with clear short-term and long-term goals.Educate residents, families, and staff on strategies to support therapy carryover in daily activities.Initiate referrals when appropriate and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all regulations.Qualifications:Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Michigan.COVID-19 vaccination required unless an approved exemption is provided upon hire.Employee Benefits:New!
