Customers love shopping in our stores due to these exceptional interactions.About The RoleAs a Retail Ambassador, you will be the representative of the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and living our company values in every interaction. You’ll focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture. While your primary focus is on sales, you will also assist with limited operational tasks to ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly.What You’ll DoCustomer Experience (90%)Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer—a best in class service experience rooted in Rothy’s values—consistently embodying the brand through presentation, communication, and product expertiseDrive personal sales and results and contribute to team goalsCreate lasting relationships with our customers by engaging in strong clienteling practicesContribute to a positive, inclusive, and service driven store culture by modeling collaborative, team focused behaviorOperational Excellence (10%)Execute assigned responsibilities accurately as part of daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanlinessDemonstrate knowledge of store operations and policies, following established procedures and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and complianceYou AreGuided by Rothy’s values and committed to fostering a welcoming, service driven environment:Embrace Possibility. We’re laser focused on driving results18 years of age or olderYou HavePrevious retail or customer service experience preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connectionsA passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goalsWillingness to support operational tasks as part of the teamAvailability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) + 2 Non-Peak Days (Mondays - Thursdays)Ability to stand/walk an entire shiftAbility to lift, push carry or otherwise move up to 25 lbsAbility to frequently bending, reaching, stretching, and safely use ladders and step stoolsAbility to uphold Rothy’s Experience by following our dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shiftPlease see our Privacy Policy here
