The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage, storage array configuration, LUN/datastore provisioning, replication, and failover.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and manage DC-B storage arrays.Perform LUN and VMware datastore provisioning.Configure and support storage replication solutions.Configure and manage failover groups for disaster recovery.Support data center migration and infrastructure activities.Assist with DC-A decommissioning and related storage tasks.Troubleshoot storage, replication, and failover issues.Coordinate with virtualization, backup, and infrastructure teams during critical implementation windows.Required SkillsStrong experience as a Storage Engineer / SAN Engineer / Storage Administrator.Hands-on experience with enterprise storage arrays.Experience with SAN, LUN provisioning, and datastore provisioning.Strong knowledge of storage replication and failover.Experience supporting data center migrations, consolidation, or decommissioning.VMware/vSphere storage experience is highly preferred.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Preferred ExperienceData center migration/decommissioning projectsDisaster Recovery (DR) environmentsStorage replication technologiesVMware vCenter / ESXi environmentsEnterprise SAN/NAS infrastructure
