Work Model: On-Site What You Will Do: Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, and efficiency Lead process optimization initiatives and manage cross-functional project teams Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and process changes Analyze data to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvements Oversee subcontractors and manage project schedules for equipment and facility updates Promote waste reduction, resource reuse, and safety compliance across operations Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and build trust with operation staff What You Will Need to Be Successful: Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement in manufacturing Knowledge of packaging equipment and processes Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 1-5 years of experience Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in moderate to loud environments Benefits Overview: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k PTO Interested and qualified candidates can contact Aaron Christner at (319) 449-1200 or email achristner@thepalmergroup.com.
