We are seeking a Visitor Experience Associate to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.What You’ll DoSell admission tickets, program tickets, and museum memberships Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift Greet and assist visitors with tour options, and materials as well as any physical accommodations needed Support in assisting with museum programs and events What We’re Looking ForProfessional, engaging communication skills Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers Bilingual skills are a plus RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED Minimum one year of customer service and cash handling experience Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5–15 lbsThe Flagler Museum is a drug-free workplace.
