We are currently transitioning from our initial production phase into a period of rapid global scaling. Requirements Extensive Leadership Experience: You have a minimum of 15 years in executive roles within the AdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Technology sectors. Capital Markets Expertise: You have a documented history of successfully raising venture capital and managing relations with sophisticated investors. Strategic Networks: You maintain a deep network of contacts within the live events, professional sports, and entertainment industries. Resilient Leadership: You are a strategic thinker who is also willing to be "scrappy" and hands-on during the early stages of company development. Executive Profile We are looking for a high-caliber "war-time" leader to join Joy Boost as our Chief Executive Officer. This role offers a significant, founder-level equity stake for a visionary professional ready to steer the company through its next phase of hyper-growth. You will take over the leadership from our current founding CEO, who will remain in a strategic role focused on long-term product innovation. As the CEO, you will manage a seasoned executive team, including our Chief Growth Officer and Chief of Staff. Your primary focus will be on executing our global strategy and securing the capital necessary to dominate the mobile power market. Primary Responsibilities Capital Raising: You will spearhead the closure of our current $1.2 million seed round and design the roadmap for future Series A financing. Global Expansion: You will lead the effort to scale our operations nationally and internationally through high-level B2B partnerships with festivals, stadiums, and enterprise clients. Revenue and AdTech Strategy: You will drive the commercialization of our advertising platform to ensure measurable value and high margins for our brand partners. Operational Leadership: You will oversee all aspects of the business, including manufacturing, supply chain logistics, and internal team alignment. Talent Development: You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture and recruiting the top-tier talent required as we expand. Compensation and Incentives Joy Boost is currently in its seed stage. To ensure alignment with our long-term goals, this position is offered as an equity-only role. We are providing a substantial ownership stake that reflects a "founder-level" commitment to the company. Upon the successful completion of our current $1.2 million fundraising round, a professional executive salary and benefits package will be established.
