Career Pathways: Explore connections and opportunities that can pave the way to permanent positions Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 60 college units or an AA/AS degree preferred Coursework at an accredited institution of higher education in child development, education and/or psychology is highly desirable Effective written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to assigned student(s) with diverse learning needs, including academic assistance and/or physical support as required. Maintain consistency in daily routines to support student stability. Ensure the safety and well-being of students during classroom activities and transitions. Communicate effectively with teachers and other staff to coordinate support for students. Foster a gentle and supportive environment for students to encourage positive behavior.
