About the Opportunity:The Customer Service Representative II (Phones) role is focused on delivering superior customer service through phone and electronic communication channels. This position plays a critical role in managing customer inquiries, coordinating claims, and meeting service level agreements, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.3. Responsibilities:• Deliver customer service in accordance with established guiding principles.• Coordinate claims electronically and via telephone.• Manage eligibility inquiries across all business lines.• Achieve call center metric goals as defined in Service Level Agreements and quality standards.• Ensure first call resolution through effective problem solving.• Maintain strict privacy, confidentiality, and precision in all interactions.• Document customer information and communications in the CRM system.• Serve as backup for in-center mailroom duties.• Maintain knowledge of client requirements using a Knowledge Base.• Provide mentoring, training, and development to other customer service representatives as needed.4. Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of college preferred.• At least 2 years of contact center experience preferred.• Must be 18 years or older.• Strong time management and ability to work independently.• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.• Proficient computer skills with ability to navigate multiple screens/programs during calls.• Customer service orientation including empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness.• Experience handling electronic data across various platforms.5.
