Tech Lead/Software Engineer III

This established FinTech organization delivers transparent and flexible financing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, operating as both a direct lender and a marketplace platform. They are seeking a Tech Lead / Software Engineer III to architect and build scalable, cloud-native backend services within AWS (strong focus on Lambda and EC2). This role requires hands-on development in Java (required) along with Python or Node.js, with a strong emphasis on API integrations and microservices architecture. This is a full-time, fully remote leadership position.This is a high-impact, hands-on lead role where you will guide a team of 3–5 engineers while actively coding in AWS. The ideal candidate brings deep AWS development expertise, strong architectural experience, and the ability to mentor engineers while building secure, scalable systems.
