Head of Quality & RegulatoryDallas, TX (preferred) | Open to Paramus, NJ | Contract | 60-80hr.We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality & Regulatory to lead quality and regulatory initiatives for a global packaging and beauty solutions organization. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across operations and partner manufacturers.You will partner closely with engineering, project management, sales, and global manufacturing teams (U.S., China, and Mexico) to resolve quality challenges, drive best practices, and deliver high-quality products to market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all quality and regulatory functions for packaging and turnkey productionDrive resolution of production quality issues for packaging and formulationsDevelop and execute strategic quality and regulatory plansImplement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and teamsConduct annual quality audits (ISO 22716 standards)Ensure regulatory compliance across all manufacturing partnersSupport commercialization and scale-up of formulations with contract manufacturersCollaborate cross-functionally to identify root cause and corrective actionsBuild, develop, and mentor a high-performing quality teamPartner with customers to address and resolve quality-related concernsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Packaging Engineering, or related field15+ years of experience in technical packaging support within cosmetics, beauty, or CPG7+ years of leadership experienceStrong experience with quality systems, regulatory compliance, and auditsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plusAbility to travel domestically and internationallyKey CompetenciesLeadership: Inspires teams, fosters collaboration, and drives performanceCommunication: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision makingCustomer Focus: Trusted advisor approach with a commitment to client success
