Position: Electrical Engineer – Controls & PCB DesignLocation: Dublin , CAType: Full-timeJob Summary:This engineer will work with a cross-functional team in the development of new-generation controls solutions and engage in analyses of complex field and manufacturing challenges.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and design new PCBs for next-generation system architectures.• Perform hands-on prototyping, testing, and validation in laboratory environments.• Conduct technical presentations and lead cross-functional issue resolution.• Ensure proper documentation, consistent use of engineering processes, and adherence to design standards.• Work collaboratively with mechanical and software engineers to deliver complete product solutions.• Investigate and respond quickly to technical questions or issues originating from customers or internal operations.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related STEM discipline.• 7–9 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware development, control systems, and PCB design.• Capable of balancing long-term project deliverables with rapid investigation of field/manufacturing issues.
