The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the full Microsoft technology stack along with modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, and will be comfortable leading technical design discussions and mentoring junior developers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework and modern JavaScript frameworksArchitect end-to-end solutions including database design, API development, and front-end integrationLead technical design reviews, code reviews, and enforce coding best practices/standardsCollaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsBuild and maintain RESTful APIs and microservicesOptimize application performance, scalability, and securityMentor junior and mid-level developers; provide technical leadership within Agile/Scrum teamsParticipate in CI/CD pipeline design and cloud deployment strategiesTroubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysisEnsure adherence to SDLC, unit testing, and documentation standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications11+ years of overall software development experience, with strong focus on .NET technologiesStrong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web APIFront-end expertise in Angular (8+) / React.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScriptStrong experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, query optimization, database design); exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB/Cosmos DB) a plusExperience with Entity Framework / EF CoreSolid understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful/SOAP Web ServicesCloud experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure DevOps, Service Bus) or AWSExperience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI)Strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP principles, and SOLID principlesExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plusFamiliarity with version control systems (Git/TFS)Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
