Cashier/Customer Service

Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be comfortable handling transactions at the point of sale. Duties - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system - Provide product demonstrations to customers as needed - Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person - Assist with retail sales activities as required Requirements - Proficiency in basic math and retail math calculations - Experience in cash handling and operating a POS system is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour Experience: Cash handling: 1 year (Required) Basic math: 1 year (Required) Phone etiquette: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Nashua, NH 03064 (Required) Work Location: In person
