Physical Therapist - Med-Surg/Outpatient (Multiple Openings)

PHYSICAL THERAPIST (MED SURG/OUT PATIENT), MULTIPLE OPENINGS, CHERAW SCWe are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to provide high-quality patient care across Medical-Surgical (inpatient) and Outpatient rehabilitation settings. The therapists will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability following injury, surgery, or illness.ResponsibilitiesAssess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time framesPrepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goalsEnsure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patientQualificationsBachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculumCertification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practiceCurrent CPR certificationOur client is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
