Data Analytics & Development

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.US Citizenship Required. Able to develop in SAP HANA database, develop and modify Hana objects (calculation views, table functions, stored procedures, etc.) and perform ETL. Create, optimize BODS jobs and Nifi, replicate tables, and other data engineering experience.Able to troubleshoot production issues urgently and able to recover to meet customers' needs.Able to think implement automation, guardrails, think outside of the box to optimize daily ETL jobs.Will need to create and revise documentationAble to perform analysis on impact of the current state for the upcoming changes and execute development to support data driven analysis and metric reporting with responsibilities including data collection, reporting development, and analytics execution.Must be US Citizen6+ years of experience with SQL, Hadoop / Big Data, SAP HANA, or SAP Business Objects suite6+ years of experience - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with SAP HANA database 3+ years of experience with data analytics and/or visualization tools like Tableau6 + years experience in ETL tool - especially in SAP BODS, Informatica and NifiMust have strong problem-solving skills and strong oral and written communication skillsAutomation experience3+ years of experience to perform analysis on impact assessment and lineageCreate mapping, complete documentationUnderstanding of data governance, data security, and data qualityExpertise in developing data warehouse solutionsExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and/or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or other systems and processesAble to utilize internal AI tools to help with operation efficiency
