SUD Residential Program Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
Provide administrative oversight for LRC.
Responsible for all daily operations including treatment program oversight, financial management, clinical services, and staff management.
Plan, manage, evaluate, and ensure efficient operations of LRC including best practices into daily operations, and successful program services being delivered.
Oversee the treatment/clinical needs of all clients and provide input into treatment goals and objectives.
Responsible for maintaining program quality and make changes as needed for improvement.
Interpret regulations and develop policies/procedures for LRC.
Ensure effective coordination with any outside providers.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with community partners, referral providers, local neighbors.
Oversight of budget and expenditures of LRC.
Oversight of staffing needs (based on budget) for LRC.
Oversight/management of LRC staffing schedule.
May provide clinical supervision to staff.
Direct supervision of subordinate staff based on org chart.
Develop and maintain a positive working environment at LRC.
Conduct unit staff meetings.
May attend trainings as needed for job responsibilities.
Ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
Maintain standards of confidentiality of Lifeways’ clients and records.
Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with Lifeways, Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA and HIPAA/FERPA regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in human services field or equivalent
CADC II or III certification (must be maintained for duration of employment)
Five (5) years’ experience providing administrative, supervision, management and direct client services in a behavioral health environment
Must pass a criminal background check
Tuberculosis screening
Current (or obtain within 90 days of hire) CPR/First Aid, MANDT certification
Preferred:
Master’s degree in human services field or related field
Oregon LPC or LCSW
Experience with individuals with co-occurring disorders
Experience in a residential treatment environment
