Program Analyst

We are hiring a Program Analyst in support of the Strategic Microelectronics Division at NSWC Crane.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze requirements and review and coordinate with customers to generate appropriate documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, and/or related materialCompile inputs and assist in preparing presentation materialAssist in the management of master files/schedules related to the division and programAssist in the maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support division and program objectivesCoordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of multiple meetings, preparing discussion summaries, and tracking action itemsAssist with workflow management to complete tasksRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, or Associates degree and at least 3 years of job-related experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-taskFlexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks, as neededMust be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance. Compensation and Benefits:HIRING SALARY RANGE: $65k-$75k annually (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data).Compensation Details:$65,000 - $75,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
