Through their family of apps and services, they are building a different kind of company that connects billions of people around the world, gives them ways to share what matters most to them, and helps bring people closer together.We are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.ResponsibilitiesDesign, manage, and execute large-scale tracking surveysAnalyze survey data and produce reports with actionable insightsDevelop survey instruments, including question design and item developmentApply statistical methods such as descriptive analysis, regression, ANOVA, and t-testsGenerate insights to inform ongoing and future research initiativesManage multiple research projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsCommunicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentationsSupport continuous improvement of research methodologies and processesSkills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 7+ years, Master’s degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience in UX research or related fieldStrong proficiency in R, including Tidyverse for data analysisExperience in survey design and developmentStrong statistical analysis skills, including regression, ANOVA, and hypothesis testingExperience conducting hands-on, primary researchProficiency with Google Workspace toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsPython coding abilityExperience with Google Suite applicationsHands-on, primary research experienceWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
