Product Analyst / Associate Product Owner
The Associate Product Owner (APO) Contractor will support the Product Management organization by driving key product initiatives and contributing to the Agile development lifecycle. This role is focused on advancing strategic tooling and product capabilities, with a strong emphasis on the Product Compatibility Tool (PCT) and AI-driven initiatives.As a continuation of ongoing work, the APO will take ownership of further developing and maturing existing solutions, including the evolution of the AI-enabled Product Compatibility Tool and the completion of the BRD Review Agent. This includes finalizing integrations, supporting validation and testing efforts, and enabling adoption across internal teams.The APO will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensure alignment across teams, and drive initiatives through to delivery and adoption. This role requires a proactive, self-driven individual who can bridge product, technical, and operational perspectives to deliver meaningful outcomes within the contract period.**Key Responsibilities (Expected Outcome - 6 months focus)****Product Development & Agile Execution**+ Analyze survey feedback to identify root causes behind customer challenges with ELERA installation complexity, and drive targeted validation, testing, and improvements to enhance usability and streamline the installation experience+ Support the Agile development lifecycle by organizing, refining, and communicating product requirements to Engineering and QA teams, with a primary focus on the Product Compatibility Tool (PCT) being developed in collaboration with the GenAI team in Guadalajara+ Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives+ Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting requirements validation and signoff+ Provide sprint-level reporting and visibility into backlog health, progress, and potential risks**Product Compatibility Tool (PCT) & Strategic Initiatives**+ Drive the continued development and enhancement of the **Product Compatibility Tool (PCT)** , the solution published on the Developer Portal and originally initiated during your internship, including:+ Expanding compatibility data coverage across products and releases+ Improving visibility into customer environments, product versions, and integrations+ Support the evolution of AI-enabled capabilities in partnership with the Agentic team and the GenAI-Guadalajara group, with the goal of increasing automation and reducing manual input**Marketplace & API Portal Enhancements**+ Support ongoing improvements to the API Portal experience, including onboarding workflows and usability enhancements+ Contribute to analysis and identification of gaps and opportunities within Marketplace and partner integration flows+ Assist in implementing incremental improvements that enhance partner and developer experience**AI Enablement - BRD Review Agent**+ Completion and rollout of the **BRD Review Agent** , including successful integration with the Developer Portal and internal adoption by product and engineering teams+ Enablement of internal teams to leverage AI-driven tools for improving requirements quality and review efficiency**Cross-Functional Collaboration**+ Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables+ Act as a point of contact for product-related questions within assigned initiatives+ Maintain strong working relationships across teams to support efficient execution**Required Skills**+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills+ Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development work+ Organized, self-starter with attention to detail and follow-through+ Comfortable working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams**Experience & Minimum Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree+ 0-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience applicable) in product management, business analysis, or related field+ Experience working with product requirements, Agile processes, or technical tools is preferred**About CTG**CTG, a Cegeka company, delivers IT and business solutions that enhance clients' digital agility, empowering them to seize new opportunities and overcome any challenge.
