The AD is also responsible for the training and guidance of Managers and Associates in all aspects of their tasks.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate cable purchasesCreate recommendation documentsDevelop and deliver POV/position papers on key issues/opportunitiesOversee brand allocations and corporate ownershipManage Tardiis allocationsOversee billing discrepanciesCheck that schedules are inputted correctlyCreate documents for Mission ControlReview/assist in post buy analysisAnalyze ADU packagesQualifications4+ years of experience in media, national broadcast preferred; online video is a plusStrong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiencySolid verbal and written communication skillsTechnical proficiency, particularly with the following tools: Mediaocean, MBOXNielsen Net Rating, Comscore, AdRelevance, eMarketer, Forrester, etc.Third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g. Integral Ad Science)Excel, Word, PowerPointDemonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressureDemonstrates leadership skillsStronger than average negotiation skills due to high volume of scatterAccount industry knowledge helpful, but not requiredAdditional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
