And throughout your career here, you’ll have the chance to directly shape the foundation for what's next in our industry.Position SummaryThe ERP Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role ensures system stability, high availability, and a positive user experience while supporting business operations across departments. The ERP Administrator manages user access, resolves break/fix issues, coordinates enhancements, and works closely with business stakeholders to improve system functionality and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesERP System AdministrationAdminister and maintain the company’s ERP platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability.Monitor system uptime, performance, and overall health of the ERP environment.Manage system configuration, updates, patches, and upgrades.Maintain ERP documentation including system architecture, configurations, and procedures.User Support & Ticket ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support requests.Manage break/fix issues, troubleshoot system errors, and coordinate resolution with internal teams or vendors.Track, prioritize, and resolve ERP support tickets through the IT service management system.Provide timely communication and updates to users regarding issue resolution.User Management & SecurityProvision and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.Ensure appropriate access controls are maintained in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.Perform periodic access reviews and support audit requirements.Enhancements & Continuous ImprovementGather business requirements for ERP enhancements and system improvements.Collaborate with business units to evaluate and implement process improvements within the ERP platform.Coordinate testing, deployment, and user training for system enhancements and updates.System Performance & ReliabilityProactively monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.Ensure data integrity and support system backup and recovery processes.Assist with integration management between ERP and other business systems.Documentation & TrainingDevelop and maintain documentation for system processes, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.Provide user training and support to improve ERP adoption and efficiency.RequiredQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5+ years of experience supporting or administering Oracle NetSuite ERP SystemExperience managing user support tickets and resolving ERP system issuesExperience working with cross-functional business teamsERP system configuration and administrationUser access and role management within ERPSystem monitoring and performance troubleshooting within ERPExperience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, NinjaOne, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience with ERP integrations or APIsUnderstanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or procurementExperience supporting ERP upgrades or implementationsSQL or reporting tools experienceKey CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and user support abilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple requestsStrong documentation and organizational skillsCustomer-focused mindsetBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental plans - 100% company-paid premiums for employeesShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGroup term life insurance coverageHSA, FSA, and Dependent Care plans available8 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays, and generous PTO policy401k matching (Roth & traditional options)Company paid eventsAnnual safety shoe allowanceEducation assistance programEEO StatementMAS HVAC is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
