ABA Scheduler
The ABA Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing client schedules across all clinic locations to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal staff utilization. This role serves as a key point of communication between staff and families, ensuring schedules are accurate, timely, and responsive to changes in availability and client needs. The ABA Scheduler plays a critical role in maintaining continuity of care and supporting overall clinic operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain daily and ongoing schedules for clients and staff across all locationsAssign staff to client sessions based on availability, client needs, and clinical requirementsCommunicate schedules and any updates or changes to parents/guardians in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate staffing coverageAdjust schedules as needed due to call-outs, staffing changes, or client needs while prioritizing direct service hoursMaintain accurate scheduling records within scheduling systems (e.g., Motivity or other platforms)Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries from staff and familiesEnsure all scheduling aligns with authorization hours and company policiesIdentify and proactively address scheduling gaps or conflictsSupport overall clinic operations by assisting with scheduling-related administrative tasksQualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferredPrevious Experience In Scheduling, Healthcare, Or ABA Services PreferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google WorkspaceKnowledge of ABA services and terminology is a plusWork Environment & ExpectationsSupports scheduling for multiple clinic locationsRequires consistent communication with both staff and familiesMust be flexible and responsive to last-minute changesWorks closely with leadership and clinical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
