Known and used by many as a technical resource.Demonstrates and applies knowledge of current and pending regulatory, code and general industry issues to resolve Vistra's interests.Proficient with business/technical evaluation processes.Proficient in fossil, solar, battery, or nuclear plant technologiesExtensive experience in power plant operations / engineering or comparable industriesMastery of fundamental scientific principlesStrong overall business acumenCommunication -Must be able to effectively communicate with peers, management and/or represent Vistra's interests to outside agenciesOrganization, Planning and Control -Must be able to plan and execute corporate programsAble to execute projects/strategies with minimal oversight.Demonstrated high performer through consecutive evaluations or work history for external candidates.Key Metrics:Industry contributor in field of expertise to represent Vistra interests and increase knowledge of new technologiesProvides technical support on a fleetwide basisMaintain effective working relationships.
