Asset Manager

A growing clean energy platform is hiring an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of utility-scale solar, wind, and storage assets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn asset-level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisDeliver reporting to internal leadership, lenders, and investorsMonitor plant performance and enforce O&M KPIs and availability targetsManage key contracts (PPAs, interconnection, O&M, financing) and ensure complianceTrack revenues, RECs, and support audits and reconciliationsIdentify performance improvements and cost optimization opportunitiesSupport M&A, refinancing, and asset integration activitiesQualifications3–5 years in renewable energy, asset management, or project financeExperience managing operating asset financials and building modelsExposure to utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS preferredFamiliarity with PPAs, ISO/RTO markets, and financing structures is a plusSkillsAdvanced Excel; Power BI/Python a plusStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
