TMS Care Navigator - Patient Journey Specialistin Euless, TX is seeking a full-time Care Navigator to administer for Major . This innovative role, supervised by Board-Certified Psychiatrists, plays a vital part in providing patients with life-changing care. You will be responsible for daily administration, mapping locations, and determining the appropriate levels for each patient.As part of this role, you will work closely with patients, adjusting their levels daily until they reach their optimal level, helping them move toward remission and improved well-being. The treater will also coordinate patient care, maintain comprehensive notes, and update referring providers on patient progress.
