Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Tax Manager for an innovative and rapidly growing financial services and trust company client. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Eagan, Minnesota. The organization is seeking a collaborative tax leader who thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment focused on accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Senior Tax Manager will oversee U.S. and Canadian tax compliance operations, including tax reporting, withholding, remittance, and tax form verification processes. This role will lead and support a tax team while partnering cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely filings, maintain compliance standards, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
