There is not a physical office they will report to, all meetings are held virtually.Current census for this team is approx. 200 patients. Patients are adult/geriatric general med/surg type patients. Expectation is to see 6 patient visits per day within coverage area.Supplies and equipment will be delivered to traveler s home.Candidate MUST provide their own transportation to/from all patient visits.Attire: Any solid color scrub acceptable, can be business casual as well. No jeans or open toe shoes.Central Metro E coverage area: 60630, 60618, 60625, 60646, 60659, 60660, 60657,60640, 60613, 60614 and surrounding area.Candidate MUST HAVE:- 2 years PT Home Health experience with Adult/Geri patients.- active PT license (IL) and BLS (AHA)- valid Driver's License and auto insuranceTechnical Skills required: candidate must be able to assist with ADL's and adaptive equipment.
